I mostly work with people navigating vestiges of complex developmental, relational, societal, and intergenerational trauma - commonly known as c-ptsd. This can look like frequent conflict in relationships, troubles with knowing, stating, and maintaining boundaries, perfectionism, a pervasive sense of emptiness, a urge to please and take care of others, voracious inner critics, not knowing what we're feeling, feeling numb to our experiences, not feeling safe, big and intense feelings, and feeling worse than everybody else.

I also work a lot with people who are intentionally divesting from enforced monogamy, traversing gender and life transitions, attending to their sexual orientations and sexuality, and steering their way through dating, intimacy, and attachment in close and intimate relationships. 
​
My approach to this work aims to reduce shame and avoid punishment and invite curiosity and empathy. My work is to build a relationship with you that is secure, consistent, responsive, and safe, to support you in getting to the heart of where you need to go.

Under these extenuating circumstances and overwhelming times, staying supported, having the space to process emotions, and staying connected to ourselves, each other, and our values, will help us continue the labour necessary for our collective liberation.
